Responsibilities

Our entry-level finance position includes participating in a two-year Finance Rotation Program where you’ll learn from the best in the world and build career-enhancing skills as you explore the many facets of finance operations at a Fortune 100 company. The Finance Rotation Program is designed to attract and build future finance leaders through four six-month rotations which develop the analyst’s business partnership, business acumen, and personal leadership skills. First-year rotations – split between one of our regional sales and marketing headquarters and the internal audit corporate function – will focus on foundational learning, including business processes, risk assessment, and learning about Microsoft as a corporation. You will build on these skills in year two – split between one of our product/engineering finance teams and one of our sales and marketing subsidiaries – which focuses on exploratory learning, including advanced business modeling, analysis and influence, and decision support.

This exceptional program is a tremendous opportunity for new graduates to develop expertise in a range of different areas, including profit-and-loss management, analysis and application, identification and improvement of organizational risk, business strategy and decision support, and the analysis of various business drivers to achieve results. Upon completion of the four rotations, the analyst will have accelerated his/her professional growth and developed a very strong network across the company.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates who have just graduated in May/June 2019
• Recent graduates with less than 1 year of previous work experience (not including internships) are welcome to apply
• Able to commence in September 2019
