PT Amerta Indah Otsuka (POCARI SWEAT, ION WATER, SOYJOY, ORONAMIN C DRINK, and Fibe-Mini) is looking for a Payroll & Benefit Staff to join our HR team! 💼
🔎 What You’ll Do:
* Execute monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate employee compensation data
* Manage payroll taxes, BPJS, pension fund transactions, and statutory reporting (incl. 1721-A1)
* Administer employee benefits, insurance, and entitlements
* Handle onboarding/offboarding payroll and HRIS updates
* Support data reconciliation, employee inquiries, and vendor/benefits evaluations
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
* 0–3 years experience in payroll, benefits, or HR operations
* Proficiency in payroll systems & HRIS
* Understanding of Indonesian labor & tax regulations (BPJS, PPh 21, etc.)
* Able to work under tight deadlines and open to continuous learning
