Clean Energy Platform is seeking two highly motivated Market Research & Communications interns to support our work in accelerating clean energy transitions globally. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sustainability, market intelligence, and strategic communication. You’ll be part of a dynamic team working at the intersection of policy, business, and technology. The internship period is from July 2025 to December 2025. This will be a 100% remote internship. Competitive remuneration will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on clean energy markets worldwide, including solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, biomass, and fusion energy,
- Technology Analysis: Evaluate emerging clean energy technologies and assess their potential impact on the market.
- Policy Monitoring: Track and analyze clean energy policies, regulations, and incentives in key countries and regions.
- Investment Analysis: Identify and analyze clean energy investment opportunities, including project finance, venture capital, and mergers & acquisitions.
- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including industry reports, government publications, and market databases.
- Report Writing: Prepare clear and concise research reports, presentations, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across different departments, including business development, marketing, and project management.
- Relationship Building: Engage with industry experts, government officials, and private companies to gather information and insights.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Policy Studies, Marketing or Communications major
- Have a strong passion for clean energy and climate issues
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Preferably able to use editing software like Canva or Capcut
- Excellent command of the English language for both spoken and written
- Confident in making calls and leading physical and virtual meetings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
