- Field Staff for Secretariat, Information and CommunicationPerform general administration, which includes correspondence, archiving, data documentation and recording for internal and external needs;
Prepare and carry out internal meetings of the project team and other meetings relating to the ongoing project and/or institution in the form of attendance, minutes of meetings.
Responsible for the process and results of project and / or agency activity records in written and audio-visual form, which includes (and is not limited to) observations, assessments, interviews, group meetings, questionnaires, surveys, references of other parties/data, and forms record other activities;make an activity report in accordance with the applicable format sending activity reports according to the applicable deadline, both for general publications, partnership and / or donor networks.
Special Requirements: S1 and have active and passive English skills.
- Logistics StaffTake notes and archive related office and warehouse inventory.
Distributing goods needed in the field, monitoring until goods are received in the field and making reports on receipt of goods (comparing reports on sending and receiving)Perform management and maintenance of office equipment and office vehicle assets
Carrying out the purchasing process for office needs and program needs in accordance with applicable SOPs and archiving transactions
Prepare administrative data for audit monitoring purposes.
Special Requirements: S1 and have work experience in related fields for at least 1 year.
- Finance Staff
Manage office funds or cash in accordance with applicable Financial SOPs;
Make area financial reports regularly
Managing mess and offices, including responsible for routine payments needed for office operations and mess such as electricity, telephone and other routine payments and office and mess rental, through staff in the area (communication with staff in the area);Perform joint control functions with the Project Manager for the use of funds in the field in accordance with requests submitted to the central office and cash flow area;Prepare administrative data for audit monitoring purposes.
Special Requirements: S1 majoring in Accounting or have work experience in finance for at least 1 year.
- Architect
Responsible for building inclusive Houses and Toilets; and conduct an assessment with the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Program Team with the relevant community, department and or community.
Special Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or have work experience in the field of architects for at least 1 year.
- Purchasing Staff
Issue Purchase Orders in accordance with approved Purchase Requests with reference to SOP (Standard Operational Procedures);
Control the procurement of goods both for office needs and program needs until the receipt of goods in logistics;
Conducting an offer survey of the order of goods needed at work partners in connection with the interests of office administration (completing and optimizing the supplier and offer database) which refers to the SOP;
Carry out the purchasing process according to the SOP;
Perform vendor database updates.
Special requirements: S1 and have work experience in related fields for at least 1 year.
- Community Assistance Staff (Disaster Risk Reduction, Strengthening Livelihoods, Cash Transfer Programs, Elderly Assistance, Inclusion Programs, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Programs and Public Toilets, Nutritionists)
Implementing disaster response programs in the form of providing psychosocial support which includes elements of related fields;Implement community-based organizing programs for related sectors;Providing assistance to affected communities in the form of distribution or direct assistance in awareness-raising, community capacity building, and improvement of refugee camps;Together with the relevant community/service/community to identify problems, vulnerabilities, risks and needs as well as potential/capacity in the community in a participatory manner, agree on an action plan, and develop innovative alternative program ideas according to the problems faced by the assisted communities;Responsible for the project output by carrying out program planning according to the objectives and duration of the project implementation in accordance with what has been formulated in the form of work plans and logical frameworks of institutions and contexts in the communities that are assisted; and compiling the terms of reference for activities as a reference in carrying out activities according to the work plan submitted to the Program Manager.
Special Requirements: S1 according to related majors and have organizational experience.
- Housekeeping Staff for the Disaster Oasis Training Center
Check messages in the logbook (daily logbook);
Preparing bedroom and bathroom cleaning equipment and equipment;
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bedroom and meeting room including the functioning of all the facilities in it;
Collecting laundry and sending guest vouchers to Front Office for billing;
Perform room service at the request of guests.
Special Requirements: having experience working in the service sector for at least 1 year.
