PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. together with Subdirectorate of Alumni Relation Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) once again held recruitment event on Thursday (16/3). Taking place at the Multimedia Room of UGM’s Central Building, as much as 120 participants took a two sessions written tests, first the morning session at 08.00-12.00 and afternoon session at 12.00-16.00. This recruitment was aimed for higher education graduate who wants to get a career at the Indonesia’s well-known finance company through Management Trainee Program.
According to Indah Susanti, BFI Yogyakarta Human Resources, this recruitment is the company’s strategy to meet the needs of potential human resources. “Currently, we need reliable human resources in order to meet the demands of the fast growing company,” she said on the interview.
This recruitment is open to all applicants who have completed a minimum an undergraduate education (S1) with a Grade Point Average (IPK) of not less than 2.75. Participants also limited to those who are not more than 27 years old when participating in the recruitment, both male and female. Furthermore, preferably also for participants who already have Car Driving License and Motorcycle Driving License.
Among the positions offered are; MMTP (Marketing Management Tranining Program), RMTP (Remedial Management Training Program), MT-MPS (Mortgage Processing Specialist), and MT-SME (Small Medium Entrepreneurship), all open for applicants from any study.
While other positions namely OMTP (Operational Management Training Program) and CMTP (Credit Management Training Program) are only open for applicants with economics, Mathematical and Natural Sciences, and Statistics education background.
“Later on, the participants who passed the selection will execute an agency bond contract for two years and must be willing to be placed at BFI Finance Branch Companies that are scattered throughout Indonesia,” Indah added.
