Yogyakarta, (8/5) — PT ZTT Cable Indonesia, a leading manufacturer in the telecommunications field, successfully held an online webinar attended by over 50 participants from UGM. This event aimed to inform graduates of engineering, science, economics, and psychology about career opportunities at the company.
This webinar follows the success of the first batch of the Management Trainee (MT) program, previously in collaboration with the University of Indonesia (UI) and Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). In its second year, PT ZTT Cable Indonesia targets this program for Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) alumni.
Eko Kristiawan, an HR representative from PT ZTT Cable Indonesia, explained the MT program, which will open opportunities in strategic positions within the company. The program aims to train and develop graduates keen to pursue careers in the telecommunications industry.
A key point of interest is that the second batch of the MT program will focus on several crucial divisions within PT ZTT Cable Indonesia. These divisions include Maintenance and Engineering, Research and Development, Human Resources, Logistics, and Finance, Accounting & Tax. By focusing on these divisions, PT ZTT Cable Indonesia hopes to meet its need for high-quality, competent human resources in these fields.
