The enthusiasm of the participants was obvious as Susi Air hosted the “Susi Air Goes to Campus” event at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). Hundreds of attendees filled the Wanagama Room at the University Club Hotel on Wednesday (March 6) to take part in a walk-in interview organized by PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation, better known as Susi Air.
“Susi Air Goes to Campus” is part of a series of walk-in interviews held across four major cities in Indonesia: Surabaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Bandung. Attendees at UGM on that date had the opportunity to apply for positions such as Management Trainees, Officers, and OJT (On-the-Job Training) roles at Susi Air.
The event saw a total of 150 participants, each given the chance to showcase their skills and potential to Susi Air’s recruitment team. Additionally, they received more information about the company and the career opportunities it offers.
This event allowed participants to potentially become part of a company renowned for its high-quality aviation services and its contributions to communities across Indonesia. “Susi Air Goes to Campus” at UGM created an inspiring moment and brought new hope for those seeking a career in the aviation industry.
The “Susi Air Goes to Campus” event aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. By providing career opportunities and connecting with students across major Indonesian cities, Susi Air supports the growth of a skilled workforce and contributes to economic development. Such initiatives help bridge the gap between education and employment, fostering a dynamic job market that supports both individual aspirations and national progress.
