Universitas Gadjah Mada Sub-directorate of Alumni Relations cooperates with Faculty’s Alumni and Career Service Units to actively participate in Tracer Study 2017. One of them is by sending faculty representation to join the Enumerator Team of Tracer Study UGM 2017. This step is taken for the success of the program and capture more respondents than the previous year.
As said by Dr. Sulistyowati, Head of UGM Sub-directorate of Alumni Relations, at the Coordination Meeting of Faculty Enumerator for Tracer Study 2017 in Multimedia Room of UGM Central Building, Friday (28/4) afternoon.
“This year’s (2017) implementation targets to increase the participation of respondents. For that we need help from the enumerator colleagues that are assigned by faculties in order to succeed this program together,” she said.
A total of 35 enumerators, both students and alumni, attended the event which was held from 13.00 to 15.00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB). Later, the appointed Enumerator of each faculty will be tasked to contact and assist the respondent in filling a prepared questionnaire. Nindi Mabruri Asnan, Executor of Tracer Study UGM 2017 Program, also attended the meeting to present the program of Tracer Study UGM 2017 to the enumerators. In his presentation, Asnan explained in detail about the program objectives, targeted respondents, schedules, technical of the questionnaire filling, and tips to communicate with respondents according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that have been made. With the presence of faculty enumerators, he believes that this year’s target will be achieved.
“Based on previous experience, the communication will be more effective when both the enumerator and the respondent are from the same faculty. So we expect enumerators’ participation to be able to communicate intensively,” said Asnan. [Eggy]
