Yogyakarta – PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) as one of the leading banking companies in the country is currently capturing potential young talents who are innovative, creative, and have the leadership skills to join the company through Rookie 46 program.
This program is a BNI effort in searching for prospective leaders who are ready to develop the vision and mission of the company in the era of digital banking advancement in the future.
As stated by Sri Indira, Deputy General Manager of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Rookie 46 is a flagship program from BNI which can be a ‘shortcut’ for a career as a manager in a short time.
“It is similar to the Management Trainee or ODP (Officer Development Program), the difference is Rookie 46 is a fastrack program that will score the new BNI manager only through two years of education,” she said in the event ‘Rookie 46 Campus Roadshow: Yap! Generation’ on Thursday (12/4) at BNI Foodpark in UGM Valley.
According to Sri Indira, 2018 is the second year of BNI Rookie 46. In its first year, BNI only selected 18 participants from thousands who have signed up through a series of rigorous selection process.
To join BNI Rookie 46, the interested participants can register online via the link www.rookie46.com before April 14, 2018. After registering, participants are asked to upload a 1-minute video containing self-introduction in English. The second wave Rookie 46 program is open to all higher education institution graduates from various departments.
The implementation of BNI Rookie 46 Campus Roadshow at UGM was appreciated by the Director of Partnership, Alumni, and International Affairs of UGM, Dr. Ir. Danang Sri Hadmoko, S.Si., M.Sc. Through his speech, Danang said that this program is one of the opportunities that can be utilized by UGM alumni to show their talent and potential to the outside world.
“In the current era of digital technology, innovation and creativity is the key to success, I believe UGM is a warehouse of creative people,” said Danang. [Eggy/Farah]
