ACCOUNT MANAGER
DESCRIPTION
Influx is a profitable and fast-growing startup offering a scalable, elastic and turnkey customer support solution for brands and tech companies. Clients include global brands such as Sendle, Koala Mattress, Quad Lock Case, Manly Bands, Biteable and others! Our head office is based in Melbourne, Australia. Globally, we are 160+ staff, with 30+ staff in Indonesia working from home mostly in Jakarta, Bandung and Bali.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, executive leadership, account management or sales
- Excellent English language ability – spoken and written
- Proven experience reaching commercial outcomes while leading a team and working with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience driving outcomes by analyzing data and opportunities
- Proven experience building strong relationships with clients
- Proven experience defining solutions with internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze a business relationship and identify underlying problems or influences
- Ability to work autonomously in a work-from-home environment
