Her educational background in engineering made Munawaroh awarded Insan Berprestasi Awards 2014 in Innovation, Design, and Creativity during 65th Dies Natalies UGM Celebration. She is also alumni of Master of Engineering System UGM major in Urban Waste Usage and Management Technology (TP2SLP) and she made an innovation through Tricomuna. Tricomuna is an inokulum powder product which fasten decomposition of household waste to become compost. Her success came from her thesis titled “Time Acceleration of Organic Waste Composting” and then, this innovation is produced routine since 2010 by SMK Negeri 1 Salam.
Currently, Munawaraton is establishing salak management to be potential fruit processed product Sleman together with Koperasi Wanita Anggrek Mekar.
