Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) will participate in the 32nd National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS) held at Udayana University, Bali, on 27-30 August 2019.
Vice-Chancellor for UGM Cooperation and Alumni coordinated with KAGAMA Bali to provide support for the competition contingents. KAGAMA Bali warmly welcomed the arrival of UGM PIMNAS Team on Monday (26/8) at the G-Sign Hotel, Denpasar, Bali. UGM delegation who attended the welcoming ceremony was the Vice-Chancellor for Cooperation and Alumni, Dr. Paripurna, S.H., M.Hum., LL.M., Deputy Chancellor for Education, Teaching, and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. Djagal Wiseso Marseno, M.Agr., Director of Student Affairs, Dr. R. Suharyadi, M.Sc., Director of Partnerships, Alumni, and International Affairs, Dr. Danang Sri Hadmoko, S.Sc., M.Sc., Head of Alumni Relations, Dr. Sulistyowati, S.S., M.Hum., Mentors, co-lecturers, and staff.
In his remarks, Chairman of KAGAMA Bali, Dr. AA Gede Oka Wisnumurti, M.Sc. said that “KAGAMA Bali strongly supports the success of UGM PIMNAS Team at the 32nd PIMNAS.” KAGAMA Bali helped the preparation launch of the team include prepare the training ground for PIMNAS so that the participants could concentrate and focus on the competition.
Dr. Paripurna hopes that with the support of KAGAMA it will be an encouragement as well as strengthen the kinship between KAGAMA Bali and UGM students also the UGM civitas.
Besides entertaining and providing facilities for the UGM PIMNAS Team, KAGAMA Bali also morally supports UGM students who are struggling in Bali. Supports continue to be provided so that the UGM PIMNAS Team can again maintain the overall champion and outperform teams from various universities in Indonesia.
