Job Description:
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders: PMs, developers, testers, business users etc
- Work with a team of software developers to review requirements
- Gather and update project materials, documentation, and business flows
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Demonstrates solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert.
- Verify developer codes whether they have already aligned with the coding style defined
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Experienced in capturing business process and business requirements.
- Have good knowledge about System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and other method related software development
- Possess strong knowledge of design, development, modeling and relational database (SQL Database) and Object Oriented Concept
- Experienced in at least one of these following languages: Java, .NET, C/C++

5. BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Description :
- Gathering Requirement from user/client
- Create Mock Up Design (Ex.Using Ms. Visio, etc)
- Coordinate with Programmers related to user requiremnt
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) related business rules
- Create Functional Specification Document (FSD)
- Create Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Involve in user acceptance testing (UAT)
Requirement :
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, and/ or Mathematics
- Min 1 years experience as Business Analyst
- Have good knowledge about System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and other method related software development
- Have experience in SQL preferred
- Knowledge in the Insurance industry is an advantage

- Develop scenario test document covering all the impact analyst
- Develop test plan
- Do testing
- Coordinate with client to do cycle scenario test
- Assist user in SIT and/or UAT phase, and become first level contact
- Develop training document and do training to user
- Logging all testing issues
- Submit test report
- Develop manual book
Requirement :
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, and/ or Mathematics
- Have Experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Good character, responsible and emotionally mature
- Creative, motivated, and smartworking
- Eager to understand application modules, business process, flows and relational database
- Knowing automated Software Testing such as Selenium, Selendroid, Katalon etc is an advantage
- Able to work independently and in a team
