Should an applicant just graduated and has no working experience, their organizational experience or community development is important to measure their willingness to grow and work in a team.
Speaking from his experience in recruiting around ten thousand of employees, he revealed the interview process tips and the company needs. During an interview, the recruiter will look at the appearance, punctuality, great curiosity, good impression, listening and responding adequately, highlighting strengths and expertise, and enthusiasm to join the company. Applicants who can show that they want to develop and contribute as much as possible to the company will open up great opportunities to secure the job.
On top of that, he also explained the preparation before applying for a job. First is to understand how to manage our skills and to position ourselves. Next is the ability to work in a team because many projects involve many people. Then, ethics is also important as it will show a good impression. Also, we need to be aware of the responsibilities that are piling day by day so that we will not be shocked to bear responsibilities in the company. Then, we need to be active and interactive individuals starting with a small circle. The last is to build good communication with any field related to us.
The webinar was expected to encouraged fresh graduates to improve themselves before applying for jobs. In addition, during the pandemic period, there will be enough time to learn and understand themselves before deciding to join a company.
