“Therefore, this program will be great to carried out massively,” he said.
He also expected that participants would understand how to develop skills and deepen their knowledge during the study. This event was open to any study program, not limited to computer science.
Head of Computer Science Study Program, Dr. Azhari, M.T., as the initiator of today’s event. said that currently students could not be separated from digital.
He hoped that students of Computer Science or other majors would not only use computer as a “game” but also able to turn it into a new business.
The speakers were Marketing Section-Head at Apple Developer Academy @BINUS, Aditya Nugroho and Developer of Qiroah & Tech Facilitator at Apple Developer Academy @BINUS, Khoirunnisa Rizky. Aditya explained the requirement to build a world-scale developer. Applying the challenge-based learning method (engage, investigate, and act) developers could develop solutions that not directly conclude but also deepen the process. Khoirunnisa Rizky emphasized the most important thing in finding a solution was the stages towards the result because questioning things deeper would develop our mindset.
Apple Developer Academy @BINUS provided internship opportunities for 10 months for students and alumni interested in the digital world. Not only limited to Computer Science majors, but this program was also open to all majors. Adityo added that they looked for those who were creative and passionate, able to work in team, would like to learn and share knowledge. Many benefits could be gained through this internship program. This program also facilitated how a study field could collaborate with other fields to create innovation for the public.
Approximately 60 participants attended the event and it was expected that they would gain benefit for new insight on careers in the digital industry.
