Given that, there will be many doors open for the professional world.

In his remark, Secretary-General of PP KAGAMA, Dr. AAGN Ari Dwipayana, S.IP., M.Sc., stated that it is an honor to graduate, especially graduating from the first rank university in Indonesia.
“I want to remind you that the challenges we will face are not over. The world is changing rapidly. So I hope you keep learning because we will face a world full of disruptions,” he said.

Finally, never forget UGM values that every alumnus must be helpful for the nation and state.

Also, they need to instill the core values; trustful, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive, and collaborative. Erry also conveyed what a SOE leader needed. The core values should be reflected on how the SOE employee meet a strong work ethic, has integrity, be trustworthy, and willing to learn and adapt.
“My principle is to keep everything simple, which I interpret as to enjoy it but being serious. I enjoy all the moments, optimize my potential, communicate effectively, expand networking, spread positive vibes, and offer solutions. Also, we need to start the work with prayer and finish it with sincerity.
This event was expected to provide prospective graduates with information to move on to the professional world. However, it also serves as an illustration on how to find opportunities in the era of disruption.
