PT Social Bella Indonesia, the first technology company in Indonesia focused on the beauty industry, held a campus hiring event at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) for its Management Trainee (MT) program. This event aimed to scout young, talented individuals with the potential to join the company. The campus hiring event was held in the eastern seminar room of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIPOL) UGM on Tuesday (February 20th).
As a rapidly growing company, PT Social Bella Indonesia has successfully developed Sociolla, Indonesia’s first beauty e-commerce platform, which has become a trusted and comprehensive shopping destination for beauty enthusiasts since 2015. Additionally, Social Bella has opened more than 25 offline retail stores across various cities in Indonesia since 2019.
To meet the rapidly increasing demand for human resources, PT Social Bella Indonesia has partnered with educational institutions, including UGM, to recruit students and fresh graduates. This campus hiring event provided students with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and pursue full-time careers with strong development prospects in the beauty industry.
More than 80 participants from UGM and other universities attended the event. Participants underwent a series of selection stages, including psychological tests, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and individual interviews. Some of the positions offered by PT Social Bella Indonesia for the MT program include Brand Executive, Strategic Project Executive, Key Account Executive, and Assistant Store Manager.
In addition to the opportunity to work in a competitive and impactful environment, PT Social Bella Indonesia’s employees receive attractive benefits. These include competitive salaries, meaningful projects, rapid career advancement, and Social Bella merchandises. Furthermore, employees receive special perks such as medical facilities and Sociolla vouchers.
PT Social Bella Indonesia hopes that through this event, they will find the best talents that align with the needs of the beauty industry, while also providing students with the chance to develop their careers at a leading company in the beauty sector.
