Bank Mandiri once again hosted a talent scouting event through the “Mandiri Talent Hunt” program, attended by 100 selected alumni from various universities, such as UGM, Unsoed, Undip, and UNS. The event took place on Friday, (February 23rd), at Pertamina Tower, Faculty of Economics and Business UGM, aiming to serve as the first step for participants towards successful career growth.
The event began with a presentation on the history and development of Bank Mandiri by Nurita Sari Nastiti, Team Leader of Talent Acquisition at the Human Capital Service Group of Bank Mandiri. Nurita provided insights into how Bank Mandiri has grown and evolved. She also highlighted Bank Mandiri’s core values, which refer to AKHLAK, following the principles of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN).
Following that, Tisye Diah Retnojati, Transaction & Consumer Head Region VII/Java 2, delivered an inspiring presentation. As a UGM alumna, Tisye shared her successful career journey at Bank Mandiri since the 1990s. She motivated the participants to continue contributing their best to the company and the nation in the future. Additionally, Tisye explained various benefits of pursuing a career at Bank Mandiri that could help participants achieve success.
“The ODP will select the best talents, so make sure you showcase the best version of yourself here,” she emphasized.
The event continued with a presentation by Rahman Aulia Putra, Department Head Sector PAB 4 Commercial Banking 4 Group. As an alumnus of UGM’s Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and the youngest Vice President at Bank Mandiri, Rahman provided insights into wholesale banking. The knowledge and perspectives shared by Rahman offered valuable insights to the participants about the banking industry.
After the presentations, the event proceeded with initial interviews conducted by HCBP (Human Capital Business Partner) and HCS (Human Capital Solutions) of Bank Mandiri with the participants. Through these interviews, participants had the opportunity to showcase their potential and qualifications to the Bank Mandiri representatives.
It is expected that participants can maximize the benefits of the Mandiri Talent Hunt. It is expected that they will find promising opportunities in their careers at Bank Mandiri and make a positive impact on the company and the nation in the future.
