Yogyakarta (3/4) – PT Santos Jaya Abadi, Southeast Asia’s largest coffee roaster, successfully hosted a campus hiring event at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) with the theme ‘Let’s Grow with Kapal Api.’ The event aimed to expand the talent network and offer job opportunities to UGM graduates to join a well-established company in the agribusiness industry.
As one of Southeast Asia’s largest coffee roasters, PT Santos Jaya Abadi has over 80 years of experience in roasting, tasting, and sourcing the finest coffee from Indonesia and around the world. The company proudly offers some of the best whole-bean coffees available to coffee enthusiasts worldwide.
The campus hiring event was held in the Grafika Room at the University Club Hotel, North Building, 2nd floor. Various job opportunities were available, including Warehouse Assistant Manager, Management Trainee Operations, and other positions. A total of 150 individuals were invited to participate in the walk-in interviews, organized in three batches, with an option to attend interviews online.

Participants had the chance to learn and work with experienced mentors through various classes and engaging projects, gaining valuable experience in the coffee industry.
