CP Prima, one of the major players in the Indonesian aquaculture industry, held a Campus Roadshow at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) to attract top talent. The event, which took place at Bulaksumur Hall University Club UGM, was attended by more than 100 participants.
Remarks at the event were presented by Dr. Sulistyowati, S.S., M.Hum., Head of the UGM Alumni Office, Purnama Dewi Pata, Head of HR Planning & Strategy, and Adji Pramono, Head of Feed Business East Area.
In her speech, Dr. Sulistyowati expressed her appreciation for the career opportunities at CP Prima. She emphasized the importance of collaboration between industry and academia in preparing excellent human resources for Indonesia. In the second batch of the Primaflex program, four UGM students were successful, and to be expected there will be even more in this third batch.
“Collaboration with industry is a necessity today. There are many acceleration programs, especially in preparing excellent human resources for Indonesia with various programs, as the industry is proactive. We collaborate and synergize to prepare outstanding talents for the industrial world,” stated Dr. Sulistyowati.
Purnama Dewi Pata, Head of HR Planning & Strategy, outlined CP Prima’s business flow. She emphasized that they aim to recruit top talents who have long-term potential and align with CP Prima’s culture and spirit of innovation. “We want you to have long-term experiences. This is not the first time we are conducting campus hiring at UGM; it’s our second time, and they share the same energy as CP Prima’s DNA. They are collaborative, open-minded, and enthusiastic about innovation.”
Adji Pramono, Head of Feed Business East Area, added, “CP Prima plays a role in meeting the nutritional needs of the Indonesian people and ensuring sustainability for the future. Thus, we operate to maintain food sustainability in Asia.”
CP Prima hopes to gain candidates and provide them with managerial experiences. They aim for UGM students and graduates to have long-term experiences. The expectation is that top candidates from UGM will commit to a continuous collaboration, have open-mindedness, and spirit of innovation. Through this event, CP Prima aims to recruit outstanding candidates ready to contribute to the national aquaculture industry and help sustain Indonesia’s food supply.
