Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Alumni Office hosted a Career Preparation Class (CPC) on Wednesday (7/8) at Multimedia Room 1, UGM Central Building. The event was attended by 80 participants, including UGM students and alumni.
This CPC session was conducted in collaboration with BCA SAPA KARIR. The speaker, Sebastian Yudhatama, Associate Officer of Human Resource Development at BCA Kanwil II Semarang, discussed various career-related aspects such as career opportunities, people development, work-life balance, work environment, and the benefits of pursuing a career at BCA.
Sebastian also highlighted BCA’s employee value proposition, which includes a friendly work environment and continuous development programs. He further explained BCA’s Management Trainee programs, including the Management Development Program, Wealth Management Program, and BCA IT Development Program.
This event aligns with SDG 8, focusing on decent work and economic growth, aiming to support young people in their career journeys. The UGM Alumni Office is committed to continuously holding Career Preparation Classes featuring industry professionals from various companies to advance this goal.
“We emphasize the importance of self-awareness before deciding on a career path. Prepare yourself well to achieve a brighter career,” concluded Sebastian.
