The alumnus of the Faculty of Forestry, familiarly called Iwan, was presented to share his experience during his career and to motivate graduates in the Grha Sabha Pramana building.

Minister of Transportation (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi attended and opened the National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of Alumni Family of Universitas Gadjah Mada (KAGAMA) in Grha Sabha Pramana UGM, Saturday (16/12). In his speech, the Chief Executive of KAGAMA’s Central Committee invited all KAGAMA members to take an active role in creating a conducive climate in the community. This can not be separated from the challenges faced by the Indonesian nation in entering 2018 and 2019 political years.
The Sub-Directorate of Alumni Relations of Universitas Gadjah Mada UGM) once again held an Alumni Dinner which is an annual agenda to reunite UGM alumni all over the world. Located at UGM Hall, the event which took place on Saturday (16/12) night was attended by more than 300 alumni from various professional backgrounds. Spotted were Prof. Dr. Pratikno, M.Soc.Sc., Minister of State Secretary, and Retno Marsudi, Minister of Foreign Affairs who took attendance at Alumni Dinner UGM 2017.

It can be very kind and beneficial to the people,” said Ganjar Pranowo, Chairman of the Gadjah Mada Alumni Family (KAGAMA) in a discussion on Teras Kita: Outlook 2018, Indonesia Challenge in 2018 Political Year, that was held on Friday (15/12) at the Senate Hall of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).
Universitas Gadjah Mada once again gave awards to its alumni who have great achievements, actions, and contribution to both the community and UGM. Alumni Awards 2017. Just like the previous year, these awards are given to five UGM alumni who have qualified in different categories. The awards were given directly by the rector of Universitas Gadjah Mada, Prof. Ir. Panut Mulyono, M. Eng., D.Eng, to the elected alumni at Grha Sabha Pramana, Wednesday (13/12) night.
