Responsibilities :

  1. Serve all customer in friendly and helpful manner
  2. Answering phone calls, chats and emails
  3. Solve customer issues Requirements
  4. Proven work experience more than 1 year as customer service
  5. Excellent listen, written and verbal communications skills
  6. Computer literate & skilled navigating through multiple screens
  7. Preferable have experience in using zendesk
  8. Detail oriented and organized
  9. Solve customer problems ranging from simple to complex and resolve complaints
  10. Punctuality and dependable with a strong work ethic
  11. Fast Learner
