• Min. Bachelor degree in Advertising or communication
• Work closely with product, technology, design and brand teams to optimize the user experience path and improve the conversion efficiency of products (H5,App, etc)
• Innovative thinking and strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in handling mom and baby community is preferred
• Can work under pressure
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in English

Job Description:

• Responsible for the formulation of mom and baby product user life cycle operation strategies
• Planning strategies for Whatsapp/Line/Wechat
• Effectively improving user acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and reference
• Responsible for the maintenance and communication of core users, understand user needs, explore user pain points
• Cultivate user’s awareness of mom and baby products
• Integrate relevant content and improve brand reputation or user loyalty
• Responsible for the daily operation of Whatsapp, Messenger and other communities App, plan communities Services
• Use third-party tools to count and analyze user behavior data and use data to drive SOP alliteration to achieve personalized precision marketing

• Usia 20-30 tahun
• Pendidikan min. D3 (Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi lebih diutamakan)
• Lancar dalam berbahasa Inggris
• Detail orientasi dan mempunyai keinginan belajar yang kuat
• Mempunyai kemampuan analisis yang kuat
• Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan & multitasking
• Mengerti cara mengoperasikan SEO
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Menyiapkan konsep iklan perusahaan untuk media massa konvensional (radio, koran, majalah, dan lain lain), materi press release dan media gathering, artikel editorial berbayar, serta konsep iklan untuk media promosi konvensional lainnya (brosur, poster, baliho, LED Screen, buku catalog, media placement, dan lain lain)
• Berkoordinasi dengan pihak dokter & vendor terkait dalam pemasangan media promosi konvensional / digital.
• Memantau perkembangan peliputan reportase dan pemberitaan media terhadap kampanye pemasaran perusahaan
• Melakukan seleksi terhadap penyedia jasa media konvensional yang diperlukan untuk kampanye pemasaran perusahaan
• Membina hubungan dengan Jurnalis Media untuk peliputan reportase perusahaan antara lain terhadap kegiatan store opening ceremony, crowds promotion, launching program promosi & diskon, kerjasama dengan expert atau dokter, dll
• Melakukan riset berkala terhadap mom and baby category
• Menjalin komunikasi dengan pihak ketiga yang terlibat untuk project dan event perusahaan Informasi Tambahan
