TAX ACCOUNTANT
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Tax or equivalent.
- Has Brevet certificates A & B fluent in report and calculate taxes to company.
- Fluent in Mandarin must and English in additional.
- Understanding and knowledge with the corporate financial work flow, accounting principles, local tax laws, regulations and reporting process in Indonesia.
- Able to operate e-SPT & e-Factur and SAP
- Attention to the detail and high-level efficiency and accuracy
- Prioritize male candidates
Main Duties:
- Preparation of annual SPT and VAT SPM reports: PPH 21, 23, 4(2), 25,26 for monthly & annual tax reporting, and Withholding Tax also for VAT Report.
- Prepare tax report, maintain the accounting and finance filing data, account reconciliation, and analysis of the accounting data
- Generating and uploading input VAT and output VAT tax invoices on the e-Factur program and ensuring all input VAT tax invoices are in accordance with the purchase invoice.
- Prepare monthly WHT slip and Tax Invoice
- Prepare CIT calculation and Annual Tax Submission in timely manner
- Assessment of tax implication of transactions and propose tax planning to do cost efficiency if applicable.
HUMAN RESOURCE (ON-SITE)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources, psychologist or equivalent.
- Have minimum knowledge in the related field (such as recruiting, labour law)
- Required Skill(s): Oral Mandarin is a must and English in additional
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power Point).
- Willing to be placed at South Kalimantan (local residents preferred).
- Can work in a team or with minimum supervision.
- Understanding of Environmental Management System, Occupational Health and Safety

Main Duties:
- Prepare and maintain all HR information, records and reports accurately, prior to on site.
- Provide support to the business throughout the employee life cycle.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job description (job requirements and job evaluations)
- Monitoring employee’s contract (signing period, extension period, termination period).
- Manage and maintain employee relations working on the site, especially foreign workers, laborers, and Indonesian workers and able to suggest healthy Industrial Relation (Internal and External).
- Handling the recruitment process for the needs of site employees, by supporting and assisting in making reports for HR in Jakarta.
HUMAN RESOURCE PAYROLL OFFICER
Requirements:
- Work experience in HR at least 2-3 years, RELATED jobline preferred.
- Employee shall be able to work at multiple locations but will be provided Mess and 3 times consumption per day at South Kalimantan
- Bright Character, Loyal, Initiative, Able to work under pressure
- Great understanding in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Fluent in Mandarin or English is preferred
Main Duties:
- Handle Payroll
- Ensure and Operate Absence Summary and Record based on absence regulation
- General HR Work (Insurance registration and claim, meeting room )
- Delegated jobs prior to HR Team accomplishments

TRANSLATOR
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese literature, translation, or in other equal degree.
- Prioritize male candidates
- Having a certificate of HSK and HSKK Intermediate are preferred.
- Candidate with translator experience are preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must (oral and written).
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and any other)
- Excellent communication skill, punctual, and initiative
Main Duties:
- Responsible for translation of the project (professional translation started from Office, On site, Contract translation and documents translation)
- Assist in the daily work of Direct Supervisor including
- Fluent in translating from Mandarin to Indonesian or English / vice versa
- Responsible for optimizing the quality of the translation
- Good to collaborate with others on group coordination
- Able to analyze problems and communicate well
- Completing any other task(s) assigned by Direct Supervisor
FINANCE OFFICER
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Tax or equivalent.
- Has Brevet certificates A & B.
- Fluent in Mandarin must and English in additional.
- Understanding and knowledge of accounting and financial principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations and familiar with daily accounting work.
Main Duties:
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, producing the payment vouchers, and requesting disbursements, in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Responsible for finance and accounting records, making sure the appropriate taxes are identified and paid by the department.
- Provide necessary the company’s data required taxation: PPH 21, 23, 4(2), 25,26 for monthly and annual tax reporting.
- Monitoring petty cash transaction in branches.
- Responsible for monthly or quarterly closings and supporting the supervisor in carrying out the responsibilities of the finance and accounting department.
- Prepare analysis of accounts and accounting data as requested.
- Assist supervisor in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
- Prepare tax report, maintain the accounting and finance filing data, and account reconciliation.
