Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree from any major, with a minimum GPA of 3.20
Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 3 years of professional work experience
Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus)
Proven leadership experience in organizations or communities
Strong leadership potential, with proactiveness, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with curiosity, innovation, and a growth mindset
Open to cross-functional rotations and relocation across Indonesia
