Millennial era is synonymous with creativity and innovation that continues to grow. Digital, technology and application-based youth startups have become a new trend in recent years, known as start-up companies. University graduates are no longer just looking for corporate or multinational companies as a place to work but have looked at start-up companies. Many start-up companies have shown their existence and attracted many young people to join and develop the company. However, not all startups can survive in this era of progress in this changing era. Here are the advantages and disadvantages of working at a startup.

Flexibility
Working in a start-up company does not require you to dress uniformly. So you can work using clothes that are comfortable to wear every day, which of course still have a semi-formal feel. Some start-up companies have a remote system so that the time and place to work can be anywhere and anytime. However, because start-up companies are affiliated with other companies, the obligation to attend the office remains a priority. The rules for employees are not as rigid as conventional companies so employees do not feel pressured and too rigid at work.

Greater Development Opportunities
Start-up companies require their employees to continue developing ideas and creativity. The success of start-up companies will be seen from the innovations presented by the company so that employees who design ideas and creativity will have varied skills. Therefore, this startup is very suitable for fresh graduates who want to hone their skills. In addition, the majority of start-up company employees are young people so it is easy to adapt and discuss company development.

Changing Company Flow
As a newly started and operating company, start-up companies are susceptible to changes in direction or goals. This can be influenced by many things, one of which has not found an appropriate business market and few targets. For those of you who like challenges, this situation can increase your ability to solve problems. However, because this condition often occurs, not a few start-up company employees get bored easily in innovating.

Salary and Facilities
For start-up companies that just starting, salaries and office facilities still depend on the success or failure of a project. The financial stability of start-up companies will depend on the success of the market and the target. The greater the target is reached, the greater the bonus that will be received. In contrast to corporate companies that already have a strong foundation including financial lines. The bonuses received are usually prepared by corporate companies and even pension guarantees.

Start-up companies are still the first choice for fresh graduates to start their career paths and enrich their experience in the world of work today. Both start-up with a variety of creative development and conventional companies with a structure that has been formed is a good start to develop one’s abilities.
